Instant Rava Onion Dosa
INSTANT RAVA ONION DOSA Method - take 1 cup rava • - add 3 tbs rice flour • - add 2 tbs wheat flour (it will help bind dosa well, but it’s optional) • - some salt per taste • - add 3.5 cup water- we need watery thin batter so adjust water accordingly • - give batter 10 min rest • - if you feel batter is thick, please add some more water • - I love adding 1 tsp jeera, some green chillies and coriander leaves • - Now when you make dosa please stir it every time as water would float on top • - with a tissue paper wipe few drops of oil on the pan surface • - first sprinkle some finely chopped onion on the pan • - and as onion starts changing colour, stir the batter and pour it on the pan. • - drizzle some oil on sides • - cook on medium flame for 5-7 min • - release the side
