200g farina00-150g farina mais-180g zucchero- 3 uova-110g burro-1 bustina lievito-100 ml latte-125g ricotta fresca di mucca-succo 1/2 limone-scorze grattugiate 1 limone e 1 arancio-1 mela sbucciata a fettine. Scaldate il latte, aggiungete il burro, togliete dal fuoco finchè sciolto. forno a 170°.Montate tuorli e zucchero, aggiungete scorze e succo, la ricotta, farine, lievito e poi il latte. alla fine gli albumi..stampo imburrato e infarinato, le fettine di mele a cerchio. forno 40 m.
