"Per Liliana" Ascolana tender in purity, grand cru - extra virgin olive oil Demeter

The extra virgin olive oil "Per Liliana" is "Grand Cru" as obtained by use of only the olives of the variety “Ascolana tenera”. It comes from a cru "Masseria Don Vincenzo" located in Torre Sinello in the town of Vasto. This land has an ancient marine terrace with trees. Happy position overlooking the sea, located in a place with a favorable microclimate and excellent sun exposure factors to get a great oil to the author.

ASSESSMENT: This is an excellent oil, with a really interesting and complex aroma, great flavour tones in the mouth, and a very attractive after taste. It is likely to appeal to all tastes, and is suitable for all types of culinary applications but particularly good for dips and for finishing dishes, and as a flavouring ingredient in its own right.
