Bruschetta al pomodoro. Tuscan food is basic and simple, but delicious! Dice the tomatoes and put them in a bowl with some basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Add some estra virgin local olive oli. Allow flavours to infuse. Grill bread slices on both sides. Rub one side of each piece with the whole garlic clove. Drizzle the slices with a little olive oil. Divide the tomatoes between the bread slices, add another drizzle of olive oil and serve. How simple is that?
