1hr 20min · 6 servings VIRAL SNICKERS Date Bark ⬇️⬇️ • . • Remove the pits from 15-20 medjool dates • Lay dates evenly on a parchment covered sheet pan • Flatten dates with another sheet of parchment paper then layer • 1/4 cup creamy unsalted natural peanut butter • 1/4 cup crushed raw unsalted peanuts • 1/4-1/2 cup melted dark chocolate (in microwave melt dark chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil for 20-30secs) • Optionally sprinkle a dash of sea salt Let set in fridge for at least 1 hr or freeze for 30min. • Store in freezer and enjoy healthy portions throughout the week!

Stir in peanut butter and mix in rice crispier. Spoon into silicone moulds or use muffin cases, add more peanut butter on top and put in freezer until set. Store in fridge and enjoy🤍 If you want to make healthier use dark chocolate & quinoa pops but I love a good treat so I love it this way😎
3-Ingredient Samoa Cookies
You’ll need: 10 dates, pitted and soaked 1 cup toasted coconut flakes melted Dark Chocolate Gems 1. Pit your dates and soak them in warm water for a couple minutes to soften. 2. Process the dates in a food processor. Add a little water if needed and scape down the sides until the mixture is smooth. 3. Stir in the toasted coconut. 4. Roll the mixture into balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Flatten with a spoon. 5. Poke holes in the center. 6. Place the cookies in the freezer while you melt your chocolate. 7. Remove from the freezer and dip the bottom of each cookie in the melted chocolate. 🤍

Save these for your next snack! Ingredients Medjool Dates Melted Dark Chocolate 85% or higher or carob Peanut butter Sea salt for garnish Open up medjool dates, take out pit and add peanut butter. Toss in melted chocolate and freeze until set and chocolate is crunchy. Top with sea salt, more chocolate drizzle, or peanuts.
