Along with Anne, "C'è di mezzo il mare", have had a good idea with the "many ways of making and remaking." Practically every month everyone is engaged with a recipe from a friend foodblogger, remaking in their own way! Elena has hosted this month, the blog "Zibaldone Culinario" we did "make and remake" his "Pear ravioli with bacon and balsamic vinegar". I had not ever done before, to be honest I did not know if I liked the idea much and even when I told my mom the menu for the evening, she also turned their noses .... but we wanted to try and so I have been able to think again!
