torta di albumi al limone - Ingredients: 200 gr whites 120 gr butter 200 gr flour w170 GAROFALO 30 gr starch potatoes 130 gr caster sugar, zest 1 lemon, juice of 2 lemons, 1 sachet baking. Work butter with sugar until creamed, add zest of grated lemon and the filtered lemon juice. Beat egg whites til stiff, then gently unite w/butter cream, add the sieved flour with the yeast and the potato starch, a little at a time, mixing gently. Pour mixture into a mold and bake 40 min. @180 °C.
