LOBSTER ANYONE?  When I see this, I can't resist! The Lobster Catalan Style (Aragosta alla Catalana) is a specialty of Alghero, a beautiful city in North Sardinia. This recipe was probably brought by the Catalans who invaded the island in the 14th century. Fortunately, today this delicious meal can be found all around the island.
