Ricetta CHIPS CROCCANTI DI MELE Affettate con la mandolina 1 mela Granny Smith e 1 Stark e bagnatele con il succo di 1 limone.Fate bollire g 200 di zucchero con g 70 di acqua, cuocetevi le mele dopo averle sgocciolate per 1', poi spegnete e lasciatele a riposare nello sciroppo per 12 ore.Sgocciolatele, asciugatele e mettetele su una teglia tra 2 fogli di carta da forno, poi infornatele per 1 ora a 100 °C. Togliete il foglio di carta da forno,superiore e lasciatele in forno,ancora 1 ora.
