PASTA ETIQUETTE: LEARN THESE RULES & DON’T MAKE MISTAKES
☑️Pair the right shape of pasta with the right sauce. For example, smooth pastas are best paired with oily sauces, for a meat or tomato sauce opt for a wider pasta like a shell or rigatoni. ☑️Never break pasta before cooking. ☑️Avoid cheese with seafood. Never, please, never put grated cheese on pasta dishes that contains seafood. Just use a bit of sautéed breadcrumbs with olive oil to garnish the dish. ☑️Pasta in meant to be eaten with your fork alone - no spoons to assist.
