High in protein, rich and satisfying, definitely worth a try. Will prep this and have as a healthy dessert in the week to cap a sweet tooth.   You will need to serve 4 230kcal and 9g protein   100g 70% dark chocolate, melted  2 heaped tsp high quality cocoa powder  2 heaped tsp honey  Pinch of salt  300g block of silken tofu Optional: zest of 1 orange and you can add some extra protein powder if you like.   Simply blend, store in an airtight container and serve with fresh fruits. Once cooled the mousse will thicken slightly.
