Paola Navone commissioned 170 plates to honour each of the exhibitors. The result was ‘Metroquadro’, a collection that inverts traditional tableware practice by featuring the design on the base of each piece, and the top surface rimmed in Navone’s signature blue. Richard Ginori, Italian porcelain house who made the plates was founded almost 300 years ago – in 1735!
