Richard Burlet (b. 1957) is a French abstract-figurative artist whose works are strongly influenced by the famous Austrian symbolist painter, Gustav Klimt & by the Art Nouveau movement. He studied at Paris' Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux Arts. His  paintings are a new-age revival of Art Nouveau style, a blend of oils, gold and silver leaf, oriental designs, vibrant colors & the penetrating eyes of his women.
