RED TUNA TARTARE Ingredients 400 gr. tuna 1 Avocado 1 spring onion 1 tablespoon soy sauce Chives Drops of lime juice Method: 1.Cut the tuna and Avocado into small cubes. 2.Chop the spring onions and chives. 3.Mix everything carefully and add soy sauce, a few drops of lime, salt, pepper and olive oil. Shape with ring-shaped molds. Finish with a few flakes of salt. Serve with rose sparkling wine and French toasted bread
