Even waste can be useful! I built this little smoker cabinet with some scraps of plywood we had to spare. It's the perfect way to use some of the buckets and buckets of sawdust we produce. This batch of goodies was smoked using seasoned locally grown Oak from along the Solway. So far I've only tried oak but I'm looking forward to having a go with Applewood, Cherry and Pear.
