This week’s #DrinkoftheWeek is a Kyushu Caipirinha from Minami Restaurant. The hot new sister restaurant to Miku has garnered quite the buzz, already considered among the best Japanese restaurants in the city. Minami balances traditional technique and service with a trendy atmosphere, and food and beverage philosophy. At the bar guests will see an extensive sake list, wine menu and an original cocktail program designed by 2010 @Vancouver Magazine’s ‘Bartender of the Year,’ Shaun Layton.
