For a regular (short) length necklace (up to 24") it's $58 to replace a gold chain, $48 to replace a silver chain, and $54 to replace and oxidized (black) chain. You are responsible to ship the broken necklace to us. We do recommend you insure your package and keep the tracking info as we are not responsible for lost packages.
