What Motivates Me
Fitness journey is just that. It's a journey. Is this perfect form? Absolutely not. But it's 1000 times better and stronger than what I could do six, even three months ago. Watching myself get stronger is what motivates me to do workouts that I absolutely hate. And I really hate lunges!
