Cauliflower Pizza Crust
This is so tasty. We used 2 1/2 cups of cauliflower to 1 cup cheese (low fat). I also added a 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper to the crust. It was still very soft in the middle, a pizza stone may have helped that. Will make again.
