Baked Tofu Nuggets  Ingredients:  1 package firm tofu, cut  2 tsp olive oil  3/4 – 1 cup (about 2 slices of bread) breadcrumbs  1/2 tsp smoked paprika  1/4 tsp garlic powder  salt and pepper, to taste    Combine dish bowl. with 2 teaspoons olive oil  Place on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes,flip each piece and bake for another 15 minutes.
