Spain's Navantia is to provide maintenance support for five Norwegian Navy Fridtjof Nansen-class frigates, which were built by the company.

I served on the USS Pigeon for over 2 years. A submarine rescue and deep sea diving & salvage platform. Designed to carry the Deep Submergence Rescue Vehicle, she also had 2 diving bells and decompression systems, and supported saturation (deep sea) diving to over 800 feet.
