The Romanov nuptual diadem. there is a pink diamond in the center. this piece was purchased by the heiress Marjorie Merryweather Post  (Post cereal) and is in The Smithsonian in Washington DC.

(another view of) The Romanov (Russian) Imperial wedding diadem, which was made for the Empress Elisabeth Aleksandrovna. It is made from over a thousand diamonds with a beautiful 13 carat pink diamond ornamenting the center.

Green and red enamel, garnets and sold.   c. 1830.  | The brooch originally belonged to Victoria, Duchess of Kent, who on her death in 1861 left her jewellery to her daughter, Queen Victoria. Queen Victoria subsequently gave the brooch to her third daughter Helena, Princess Christian of Schleswig-Holstein, as a present on her 24th birthday in 1870.
