Our visit to the #Umananda_Island_Guwahati - We drove to our next destination of the trip, the Umananda Island #Guwahati, which was not quite far from the zoo. That was the best thing about Guwahati, every place of attraction is not really far. We stopped in-between to refresh ourselves with chilled tender coconuts, which were much needed as it was getting bit humid outside. We reached the place to see an island resembling a peacock, no wonder the British called it “Peacock Island”
