This is a beautiful and elegant hand painted, stained glass effect, leaded 'Red Rose' panel. Inspired by the Art Nouveau style of Louis Comfort Tiffany. The panel is painted with enamel paints in a Tiffany style leaded design. The finished panel has a protective resin coating.
