Many of us put off giving ourselves time and space to calm down and find the peace we crave. Never more so than in our midlife years when life sends so much our way. Ego keeps us running. What can you say no to today so that you can allow your true sprit to provide the peace you need and desire?
To sit in solitude requires fearlessness and trust. When you sit, your heart softens. A calmness develops and spreads through and from you to help you let go of all that grips you and stresses you in the world.
The heart wants to set you free in a life of adventure, always learning and growing. It's process oriented. "Take the first step and the next will reveal itself to you." Staying present in the moment. Love is the emotional fuel of the heart. Trust is all you have to do to live your authentic truth.
How many times have you gone against your INTUITION and had that whisper afterwards of "I should have trusted my intuition (gut/instinct)?" From now on, make a commitment to yourself to listen and get along nicely with your intuition.
One of the greatest attachments we have is what we perceive and believe ourselves to be. What would happen if you let go of your own self-perception of who you are? If you could show up with ease in any circumstance and say..here I am...and see how who you are in that moment allows you to give freely of your inner sparkle. As you give, how does your need to keep your inner sparkle locked up inside youchange? As you put all of you out into each moment, what you want most will come to you.
INTUITION is our theme this week. The thing about intuition is that you don't know whether it is right or not (just like everything in life)..what's important is to trust it and go with the flow. Just like our feline friends! Do you have examples of trusting your intuition?
