Honey Strawberry Jam.  By using honey and not granulated sugar it is healthier than typical jam. Includes a canning how-to.

Honey Strawberry Jam (sugar-free, is fantastic jam! I used the pectin for low sugar/no sugar jam found by the regular pectin. For the whole batch I used a cup of the pectin, but I think I could reduce that amount next time as the jam was a bit too thick.
