28 January 2013--I made these orange muffins but I had to make numerous changes. The batter was too thick when I had mixed all of the ingredients so I added a little water, bit by bit, until the batter was adequately thinner. I think it also needed a little more orange zest. The end result was good but not mind-blowingly great. Still, I am looking forward to enjoying them for breakfast and making them better the next time.
