During colonial times, the Marsh Tacky had developed as a distinct type of horse and was used for transportation, farming and hunting. The breed was known as being able to tolerate the marshy swamps and the biting insects of the low country.

Karabakh horse; the main colors of the breed are chestnut and bay, with characteristic golden tint of the breed. They can also be gray. White markings are allowed.  The average height is between 14-15hh.

Kapker is an Azerbaijan breed, well equipped for riding especially on steep mountain slopes. Considered an ancient breed, is now quite rare. Despite standing at it looks the part of a war horse. Swift & agile with a natural easy gait.
