Yoté is an exciting draughts-like game from West Africa.  Pieces are dropped onto the board wherever and whenever the players choose, and move to adjacent squares in any of the four cardinal directions.  Capture is by the leap as in draughts, but each time you capture a piece, you may take a second piece from anywhere on the board!
