Come ogni anno a marzo iniziamo il percorso di cutting graduale in vista dell'estate ... per la tanto temuta "prova costume"...... mi raccomando non eliminate MAI i carboidrati. .... i carbo sono la benzina del corpo elevarli equivale a fermare la "nostra macchina "!  calare gradatamente l'introito di calorie in maniera ragionata tenendo conto di tutti i fattori che circondano ognuno di noi attenuerá le ire funeste da Low carb. ...   e sarete sempre dei cuccioloni
