There are so many mis conceptions about being "fit" it doesn't mean to be skinny it doesn't mean being overly muscular! Just healthy over all! If you can not love yourself for who you are now, you won't love your self being skinny either!

Squats shrink your hips, lift your bootie, firm your thighs and shape your calves. Its the perfect exercise. Add bicep curls or arm press w/ some resistance and you will have a total body workout. I LOVE my squats!
