• If you want a quick and easy low carb snack/lunch, try these!! I dipped mine in low carb marinara sauce and they were delicious!! 🍕

• RECIPE: (Makes 8 sticks)
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese (divided)
• 1/2 tsp of baking powder
• 1 tsp of nutritional yeast
• Pepperoni
RECIPE:
• 1. In a bowl, mix together the egg, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, baking powder and yeast.
• 2. Put 1 tbsp of mozzarella in your waffle maker.
• 3. Add half of the egg mixture, pepperoni and top with 1 tbsp of mozzarella.
• 4. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
• 5. Repeat steps 2-4.
• 6. Cut them into sticks and dip in your favorite sauce.
