Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas- 2 tortillas are enough for a meal for the two of us. Used two medium chicken breasts, marianated in fajita mix, 8 oz cheese, c bacon crumbles, 4 TB ranch. Cooked on pancake griddle.
