All those skinny girls can have their skinny. I'll have a strong and unstoppable body to be proud of. I'll be the best version of me.

I've been looking for an explanation for over 12 years now.. This explains it well! This is running. This is why it's so important. This is what my life is and what it means to me.

I think I get addicted to the feelings associated with the end of a long run. I love feeling empty, clean, worn out, starving and sweat-purged. I love the good ache of muscles that have done me proud.

As you start another week, remember: Rome wasn't built in a day.  Keep going, don't give up.    Work it....Live it....OWN IT!!!!

Even if you can't physically see the results in front of you, every single effort is changing your body from the inside. NEVER GET DISCOURAGED! Fitness and health motivation.

So I'm the last person to say that having sore muscles doesn't feel satisfying, but good workouts don't always HAVE to make you sore. Sore muscles just means your muscles were exposed to a stress greater than it's used to. Trying to make yourself sore all of the time reduces the ability for muscles to recover and can lead to strains and tears.

Handling Stress

Take it one meal, one day, one pound at a time! I will not get discouraged over a one pound weight loss this time because it is one pound I will NEVER see again!
