Quadruped:  To start, get on all fours keeping your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Be sure to keep your abs tucked in to stabilize your body. With control, reach your right hand out, extending your left leg. Then connect your elbow with your knee under your body, rounding your head and your back.  Repeat 15 reps on each side.
