Cider Jack Cocktail, shake 2 oz applejack liqueur, lemon juice and a splash of grenadine or simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with hard apple cider and serve with a cinnamon stick.
Went to the newly opened Caffé del Doge here in Palo Alto. I got served up a nice Latte Macchiato with some chocolate syrup etching done on the top. They've even got a whole assortment of specialty drinks to try (will come soon)
Bailey’s Cool Raspberry: 2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream raspberries Crushed ice Place raspberries at the bottom of a rocks glass and lightly muddle them. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with three speared raspberries.
