Ingredients:
• - 6 to 8 large green chilies
• - 3/4 Cup Boiled potatoes
• - 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
• - 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
• - 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
• - 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• - 1 tsp Asafoetida
• - 2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
• - Salt to taste
• - 2 tbsp oil
• - Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
