• 2 Pinch Asafoetida
• 1 tbsp Chilli, red powder
Condiments
• 1 1/3 tbsp Chilli spread, green
• 1 1/2 tsp Ginger spread
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice

• 1 inch Cinnamon
• 6 Cloves
• 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
• 1 tsp Fennel seeds
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 cup Rice flour
• 2 Salt
• 2 tbsp Sesame seeds, white
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 3/4 tsp Turmeric, powder
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Oil, hot
• 1 Oil
• 2 tbsp Oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Frozen
• 4 Curry, leaves
Liquids
• 1 1/2 cup Tamarind water (lemon size tamarind melt into water)
• 2 1/2 cup Water
Other
• 1 tsp Ajwain
• 4 tbsp Besan
• 250 Grm or 2.5 cup gram flour
• ¼ cup jaggery or as per your taste
• ½ tsp papad khar
• 8 Medium sizes fresh patra napan / colocasia leaves /arbi ke patte
• 2-3 tbsp water or as required
