Boswens Menhir - a standing stone near St. Just in West Penwith, Cornwall, England; possibly associated with the nearby Tregeseal stone circle. Visible from Tregeseal stone circle, and not far from Chun Quoit, Boswens Menhir stands in the middle of a cairn that has been severely pillaged during the past two centuries and is now only just discernible.

The Hurlers - Cornwall's answer to Stonehenge! Three fine late Neolithic or early Bronze Age stone circles arranged in a line, a grouping unique in England. Probably the best examples of ceremonial circles in the south west, they are traditionally reputed to be the remains of men petrified for playing 'hurling' on a Sunday.

Located in the scenic landscape of Bodmin Moor in Cornwall, the Hurlers date from about 1500 BC. They consist of three stone circles in a row and are named for a medieval legend that they are men turned to stone for hurling (a Celtic game) on Sunday.

Chysauster Ancient Village. This Iron Age settlement was originally occupied almost 2,000 years ago. The village consisted of stone-walled homesteads known as 'courtyard houses', found only on the Land's End peninsula and the Isles of Scilly. The houses line a 'village street', and each had an open central courtyard surrounded by a number of thatched rooms. There are also the remains of an enigmatic 'fogou' underground passage.
