My wife has been wanting to do some workouts at home and we have an empty room in the house that is perfect for this.  I wanted to get her a mini trampoline because I have heard that you can get some serious workouts done with one of those.  I hope that my wife is able to enjoy the new gym room that we are going to have. I plan on using that room as well and we can both be fit together.

Here comes the mid-week exercise tip for all you belliconers:  1) Cross your extended arms in front of your body, alternating which arm is on top, while moving them above your head and back again. 2) Continue the arm movements while bouncing. 3) Increase the difficulty by moving your feet in a forward/backward scissor step motion. 4) Return to normal bouncing.  Enjoy!
