Fresh Asparagus: 1 lb fresh asparagus (chop off ends that are tough and fibrous), 2 Tbsp olive oil(replace with coconut Tbsp minced garlic, 2 Tbsp soy sauce (optional), 1 lemon wedge, salt and pepper to taste
Cut wooden ends off asparagus and place in a baking dish to create one layer. Pour on olive oil, and lemon juice. Toss to coat Sprinkle on garlic. Dust with Romano, parsley, black pepper and salt. Roast in oven at 400 degrees until done, about 15 minutes
Cut 1 large Zucchini, 2 Squash, 6 Red Potatoes, & 1 Yellow Onion Place in glass pan for baking Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, garlic & herb seasoning and seasoned salt Bake on 350 for 45 minutes or until tops are golden brown!
