DIECI E LODE (FULL MARKS): Gin (2 oz), Campari (1/3 oz), Grapefruit Juice (1 oz) - shake with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge or grapefruit peel. SO easy, so refreshing. The gin you pick will definitely change the tone of the drink; I chose Hendricks Gin and it was a beautiful result. Not too hot and dry, not too sweet or funky. There is only just enough Campari in this to complicate the drink with a touch of bitter.
