See, I'd have no problems believing whoever made this, if there were examples of women NOT a size 2 used. I'm a size 14, I'm pretty damned healthy. Sure, I don't run umpteen kilometeres a day, but I work, keep up with three kids, go to school, AND fit in a social life. Try THAT for endurance and health.

Feed Yourself.so true! Everybody needs a different Amount of calories a day! For example if you are trying to lose weight your goal should be between 1200 and 1500 calories a day! Don't forget to exercise:)
