Chicken Broccoli Burrito Pockets 1 lb chicken breast, garlic powder and sea salt. 1 tsp olive oil 1 bunch broccoli, steamed 1 cup brown rice, cooked 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 4 large tortillas  Slice chicken into strips, season with garlic powder and salt to taste. Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until done. Chop into bites sizes pieces.  Preheat oven to 425. On a flat surface, place cheese in center of tortilla, then chicken, broccoli and rice. Fold in like a pocket burrito
