Anna Maria Luisa de' Medici (1667-1743) in hunting dress by Jan Frans van Douven, ca. 1695, Palazzo Pitti, Firenze, Italy. Daughter of  Cosimo III de' Medici and Marguerite Louise d'Orléans.  She married Johann Wilhelm, Elector Palatine in 1691 and was the last scion of the House of Medici.   Her death, in 1743, brought the royal House of Medici to an end.
