Self-portrait of Dante Gabriel Rossetti (1828-1882) in 1847  Poet, artist, and celebrated bohemian.   Founded the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood with John Millais and Holman Hunt  both better painters, though  DGR's  graphic work was extremely good.   His poetry is under-appreciated but first rate.  His sister Christina Rosetti was also a remarkable poet.

Self Portrait, 1847 Dante Gabriel Rossetti was an English poet, illustrator, painter and translator. Rossetti's art was characterised by its sensuality and its medieval revivalism. His early poetry was influenced by John Keats.
