12 in HMS Indefatigable - lead ship of the Royal Navy's second class of battlecruisers.  She was the first ship sunk at Jutland in May 1916, her magazines exploding shortly after the beginning of the action between the battlecruiser fleets under fire from SMS Von der Tann (picture elsewhere).   Only 2 of her crew survived.

HMS BERWICK (65) 1926, was a County-class heavy cruiser of the British Royal Navy, part of the Kent subclass. When World War II started, she served on ocean convoy escort duties, then formed part of Force "F" when hunting groups were formed to find the German raiders. She did not make contact with any raider, but intercepted the mercantile blockade runners Wolfsburg and Uruguay in the Denmark Straits during March 1940.
