Not my menu, but sounds amazing: Wild Rice-Stuffed Squash (NOTE: I served this at Thanksgiving with Orange Glazed Cornish Game Hens, a chopped salad w/blue cheese crumble and homemade Cranberry Relish. it was a HUGE hit!
