Kristina Buechler- Native American tribes of southeastern Louisiana were being relocated due to flooding.  In 2016, $48 million dollars were allocated for Isle de Jean Charles.  The location, according to the article in 2016, has not be chosen for relocation.  History of these native people will be lost after the move.  Some tribes named are: the Biloxi-Chitimacha-Choctaw and the United Houma Nation.  Some of the native people are choosing to stay regardless of possible dangers.
