Peeling: 2 rozgniecione na miazgę brzoskwinie (lub morele czy śliwki), mała filiżanka gęstej śmietany, 2-3 łyżki grubego kryształowego cukru (może być trzcinowy). Cukier dodać tuż przed zabiegiem, żeby nie zdążył się rozpuścić. Można też dodać wysuszone i zmielone pestki wykorzystanych owoców. Nacierać ciało miksturą, zachowując kierunek do serca.
